+ Tell us a little bit about yourself...
Exercise has always been an important part of my life. I started competing as a swimmer and gymnast at age 6. I ran track and cross country competitively as an undergraduate and then competed in marathons and triathlons as a post-graduate. I recently started road biking as a hobby. I began training senior adults while completing my master’s degree. I enjoy teaching a wide variety of group exercise classes and personal training a diverse group of individuals.
+ What made you want to become a trainer and what do you enjoy most about it?
I love exercise and all the positive attributes that it brings to overall personal health and wellness. I enjoy seeing people exceed their expectations regarding exercise intensity, functional training, balance, & mind-body connection.
+ What should members expect when working with you?
A great time and a tough workout, as well as an individualized fitness program to meet your current physical fitness level, needs, and goals.
