+ Tell us a little bit about yourself...
Growing up I was an only child raised by my Grandparents. I spend a lot of my time outside the gym enjoying reading, nature, and rewatching Star Wars.
+ What made you want to become a trainer and what do you enjoy most about it?
When I was 12 years old I weighed 230Ibs and decided that I would like to be fit and active. I made changes in my life, and so now I work to help others make changes in their lives.
+ What should members expect when working with you?
I always take things slow initially so I can observe, evaluate, and calibrate future workouts to be tailored to the individuals needs and wants. I look forward to explaining why I choose what we do so that the client can understand the why.
